Create matrix model from existing objects

Using models of type Matrix model, you can show existing connections between objects in a table.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Create a matrix model.

  2. Click in the rows or the column header.

  3. Click Insert object Insert object > Insert existing object Insert existing object.

    If you have only modeled objects in the row header and insert an object in the column header for the first time, the Define visibility of connections dialog opens. Connections you allow here are displayed directly in the matrix model.

You have created a matrix model from existing objects and, if required, defined a default connection for symbol pairs.
