Clear contents and formats
You can clear the contents, as well as the formatting of cells.

Open a spreadsheet.
Activate the Start tab bar.
Select the cells whose content and formats you want to clear.
Click the down arrow next to
Delete.Click Clear formatting and contents.
You have cleared the contents, as well as the formatting of the cells.
