Validate EPC for transformation into BPMN

Before transforming an EPC to a BPMN diagram you can check whether the modeling is correct.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click ARIS > Explorer Explorer.

  2. Select the relevant model(s) or a group that contains the models to be checked.

  3. Click Start semantic check Start semantic check in the Evaluate tab bar. The Semantic Check Wizard opens.

  4. Select the Validation for an EPC-to-BPMN transformation profile and click Next.

  5. Specify the relevant settings and click Finish.

The model(s) are checked and the relevant messages are displayed. If you run the semantic check on a single opened model, any modeling errors are marked in the model.
