Which items can be given external descriptions?
You can describe the following database and model items using external files in the Documentation attribute. If you are using the Microsoft® Word file formats DOC and DOCX, a preview is available and the 
Edit button is available.

Free-form texts

User groups
When you open files from ARIS, they open in the program that the files are linked with, for example, the DOC or DOCX formats with Microsoft® Word.
