This error is reported if you download the SAP® Business Process Repository (BPR) or scenario pool, but the specified Web service URL is not valid.

Error calling a Web service. Please specify the Web service URL on the Properties page of the SAP® Server.
Cause
The Web service URL is not specified.
The specified Web service URL is not valid.
The Web service has not been enabled in the SAP® system.
Solution
Ensure that Web services have been enabled
If you have insufficient privileges to make these adjustments, contact your system administrator.
