You have selected different model items.
You have various editing options. Some examples:
You can move, copy or delete the selected items in the modeling area.
You can use the pop-up menu to invert the selection.
You can edit the common properties. To do this, right-click in the selection and select Properties.
To edit identical model items select them individually or by using the Select functionality.
