The error is reported if you want to open a test project in Test Designer but this topic is not currently available.

Error message

The required topic <Topic> is not available.

Cause

  • The topic is not enabled in the Perspective Wizard.

  • Your license does not contain the topic.

Solution

  • Enable the topic.

  • Request a license that contains the topic from your administrator.
