Transfer assignments
Downloads the Best Practice, Project documentation, and Test cases documents from SAP® Solution Manager and connects them to SAP functions occurring in Function allocation diagrams (FAD). If you enabled Transfer master data, the master data documents are also transferred to the ARIS database.
Transfers the customer attributes to the corresponding documents in the target system. The attribute mapping between ARIS attributes and SAP Solution Manager attributes is defined in each solution configuration.
In ARIS, Information carrier objects representing SAP documents are defined by object definitions with a distinct KWID. This KWID is related to the respective document in SAP Solution Manager. Each object definition can have several occurrences. This means that if you use occurrences of an object definition, all documents in the related solution share the same attributes in SAP Solution Manager. If you use definition copies instead of occurrences in ARIS, you can use different attributes.
Note that this only works if the document was already uploaded. Only then is the related KWID assigned.

In the branch/project group, one model is created for each of the EPC and VACD types with the associated scenarios, as well as the Master data subgroup. A model of the FAD type containing an occurrence of the project function is also created. The project function is an SAP function of the Project SAP function type that represents the root of the branch or project. All relevant master data and system types are assigned. Documents and executables are created in the SAP allocation diagram.
If you enabled Transfer organizational units, the model will also contain occurrences of these, and the Organizational units subgroup will be created.
If you enabled Transfer documents, the master data documents will also be transferred.

Deletes documents in SAP Solution Manager that were deleted in ARIS.
Only documents of specified types can be deleted. The document types are specified in the branch's SAP configuration.
